Really cool app. Only complaint is that you have to use a secondary app as a bridge to export or record midi information. That function would have earned a 5 star rating from me.

This app is so very cool, Im basically learning midi and everything you can do with it, through this app and I cant believe how easy it is. This is a must-have for any musician young or old.

Updated my review. I like it more than when I first tried it and had some problems. However Im not using it so much after getting Lemur & designing my own playing interface. It is a little heavy on the processor too with some synths.

What can I say? This app is awesome! It seems that most of the function between Key/Melody/Chords and other technical music stuff is built around the circle of fifths ... Meaning that anyone can pick out musical ideas really quickly. The controls are really simple and intuitive. The interface is smooth and responsive. And the sounds or just to die for. Im definitely using this app in my next live looping set. Thanks! Keep the sound packs coming. Nic

Using SoundPrism Pro as a MIDI controller for small analog tenths is amazing, and provides pulses and sounds unlike any other hard or soft controller I have (including, strangely, the regular SoundPrism). This is the one to get, its an instrument unto itself

This app has many applications (no pun), but the coolest thing for me is using it as a tool for learning the basics of music theory. I bought the pro version and most of the add-ons after trying the free version. Its also a lot of fun and I often get lost in it and lose track of time.

I point the bass at Cassini and the chords as Sunrizer and GEEK OUT FOR EVER. It’s just a delightful way to create music. It’s one of those rare iOS apps that does what it does in a way that could only be done on an interactive touch screen. Seriously, a brilliant instrument.

Reasonable price, great on board sounds, and very helpful for non-keyboard player.

This app is cool. Havent used it yet with other apps but the approach is unique.. Music is based in thirds after all.

Love the interface, the app outputs 3 channels of midi and makes a great controller, the developer is working hard to improve the app and it looks a labor of love.

Heres a little scenario for you. Im in the middle of a performance, I have had everything set up in audiobus, everythings working beautifully. As I switch from one app over to Soundprism a pop up ad appears asking me if I want more information on the bundle and the new electro app. It pops up just as my fingers touching the screen. In the middle of my performance up pops the App Store. Your insistence to sell me something Ive already purchased ruined that live performance. Its insane. The app is running music is playing and you pop up an ad. Its just insane. I will never use this again. Its such a great idea, its such a beautiful execution, but you have very little concern for its usage in a professional environment. Youd rather up-sell than respect us.
